Chapter History...
A Georgia Chapter
The Georgia Chapter of SCI
was founded in February 18, 1981, as a 501 (C)(3)
nonprofit association dedicated to wildlife
education and conservation, humanitarian efforts, and advocacy of the hunter and
hunting. Each of the founding fathers wanted an
organization to promote the mission of the Safari Club International. With
this goal in mind the foundation was laid and brought to fruition by 5 dedicated and forward thinking men: Rex Baker,
Robert J. Reiber, Dr. John E Webb, Joseph P. Sebo, Jr., and Robert W. Cagle.
